The visualization titled "The Student Cyborg" does a good job at showing the relationship between technology and learning. The fact that it relates to this generation is what makes this visualization such a good one. It not only breaks up into different categories, but it also gives statistics broken up into charts and graphs. Number don't lie and this is something I believe would be or should be on any good visualization that's informational. What adds to the positivism of this visualization is the background information it gives us. The history section very well helps the realization of how technology has improved over the years and how it has dealt with education more and more. As you can see the visualization gives information about online learning, educational tools, and social media and how it is used with learning. Visualizations can play an important role in learning because some students may learn better visually as supposed to reading or listening. What is specifically being learned is how technology now days leads education.
